Woollams Earthmoving is a plant hire company known for grader hire and final trim specialists. Established in 1980 by Ian Woollams, the team of 8 grader drivers now includes Ian’s sons Ray Woollams and Will Woollams both established and experienced plant operators in their own right.

What matters is that we have experienced plant operators who know how to get the job done. The Equipment
We have a comprehensive range of Caterpillar graders available for hire. These include: 12H Caterpillar Grader 14ft available for wet and dry hire; 12M Caterpillar Grader 12ft available for wet and dry hire; 120M Caterpillar Grader AWD 12ft available for wet and dry hire; 140M Caterpillar Grader 14ft available for wet hire.
We have two Skid Steer Loaders equipped with custom grader blades capable of GPS and LPS final trimming, available for wet hire. Perfect for tighter areas where precision matters.
Streamlined Processes
We are seasoned working with Civil Construction Companies. This means we are accustomed to the important processes required to streamline working together. This makes it easier for all involved so we can quite literally get on with the job.
The Woollams Earthmoving Team efficiently carry out the necessary onboarding requirements including but not limited to; inductions, ID checks, Medical Tests, Safe Work Method Statements.
Types of Projects We Work On
We specialise in Tier One Projects, Major Infrastructure and Rail Projects.
Successfully completed jobs include; M8 freeway, Northern Road, M4 widening, M5 widening, Sydney Freight Line, North Connex, M2 widening.
Current jobs include; Western Sydney Airport, Gateway, Botany rail duplication, Sydney Metro, Dubbo Rail maintenance facility.
